Due to the current situation we live in, the organization of the Dance Factory training camp will have to follow the national and international guidelines. By registering for this training camp you agree with the fact that the organization is not held responsible for any costs in case of cancellation.
INTERNATIONAL COUPLES: 9 OCTOBER
DUTCH COUPLES: 2 OCTOBER
We kindly remind you that your entry for The Dance Factory and related private lessons cannot be cancelled after the 2nd of October 2020 (for Dutch couples only). International couples have until the 9th of October to cancel with a valid reason. After this date, The Dance Factory will have to invoice you the full amount. In case of illness (medical statement or proof of coronatest required), you will receive a voucher for the entry fee of the next training camp organized by The Dance Factory. However, all booked private lessons will have to be paid.
For every person who wants to register the entry fee is €200.
When you register for the camp, you automatically agree that the organization may use pictures and videos taken of you during the camp on social media or their website.
When you register for the camp we need to have your arrival and departure times. On the basis of this information we will schedule private lessons. Make sure to fill in the correct arrival date and time, same applies for the departure date and time. If it appears that your arrival/departure times are incorrect, the lessons that can not be followed still have to be paid. If for any reason your arrival or departure times changes, please send us a message via WhatsApp (+31 6 23 058 187).
Due to the extreme increase in Covid-19 cases in the Netherlands over the last 2 weeks it’s with deep regret we have made the decision to cancel the October camp. Last Monday the Dutch government presented more severe restrictions about movement between towns and regions within the country. Many countries have also introduced quarantine rules for people returning from the Netherlands.
We still had the permission to run the camp but came to the conclusion that the health and safety of teachers and participants are more important than “A rumba walk or half a natural turn”.
We hope to welcome you back in the new year and in the meantime look after yourself and stay healthy!
