CANCELATION POLICY
Cancelation possible until the 14th of April 2026!
We kindly remind you that your entry for The Dance Factory Training Camp and the related private lessons cannot be cancelled after the 14th of April 2026 without a valid reason. The Dance Factory will have to invoice you the full amount. In case of illness (medical statement required), you will receive a voucher for the entry fee of the next training camp organized by The Dance Factory. However, all booked private lessons will have to be paid.
ENTRY FEE
The price for “The Dance Factory Camp” in 2026: for couples €300 per person for all 3 days (the price includes 1 random private lesson organizers choice). Solo Camp €210 per person for 2 days (the price includes 1 random private lesson organizers choice).
In case you decide to participate in our camp not for the full duration, the price for 1 day in our camp is €130 per person per day (the price does not include private lessons).
PRIVATE LESSONS
The price for a private lesson at “The Dance Factory Camp” in 2026 is different for each teacher and you will find it in the rgistration form.
A lesson will be 45 min, for you as couple, with the teacher of your choice.
If we change teachers, we wil inform you in advance.
PRIVACY
When you register for the camp, you automatically agree that the organization may use pictures and videos taken of you during the camp on social media or their website.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES
When you register for the camp we need to have your arrival and departure times of your flight/train. And we like to know, if your traveling by plane, from which airport you arrive and depart. If you will travel by train, we need to know the arrival and departure to or from Rome Central, this is neccessary information for us. On the basis of this information we will schedule private lessons.
Make sure to fill in the correct arrival date and time, same applies for the departure date and time. If it appears that your arrival/departure times are incorrect, the lessons that can not be followed still have to be paid.
